Experience the healing power of Group Brainspotting (G-BSP) as we process experiences and feelings that leave us reactive, overwhelmed, and stuck. Brainspotting uses your unconscious reflexes and eye positions to process unresolved traumas, issues, experiences, and messages held in the deepest parts of the brain. Through brainspotting, traumas and other painful experiences can be processed safely, efficiently (and even silently) in this structured format. We will use group activities, art, and play to create a safe space to learn how to mindfully process the pain that holds us back. This is a 7-session closed group.
