Therapist and Coach

I am originally from the Philippines and moved to the US in 1999 to join my family in California. After serving a mission in the Philippines in 2006, I returned to the US and attended Brigham Young University-Idaho, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in University Studies with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Studies. I then earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University-East Bay in 2018 and am currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy for Couple’s Therapy from North Central University.

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping you fight for your personal growth and healing. I believe in the power of resilience and the potential for everyone to heal and grow. I don't give up on people, and I encourage you not to give up on yourself either. Life is like a wheel—sometimes you're on top of the world, and other times, you may hit rock bottom. Regardless of where you are, know that the wheel will keep turning; you can rise above again, and overcome.

I specialize in relationship issues, particularly betrayal trauma related to affairs, sexual addiction, and pornography addiction. With years of experience working with children, youth, couples, and families, I bring empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to my practice. My strength-based counseling relies on your strengths and passions to help you create the life you want to live.

In my practice, I employ various therapeutic methods, including EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-focused, Solution-focused, and Family Systems. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, which focuses on shared interests, intimacy-building, and conflict management. Additionally, I integrate strength-based and spiritual approaches to address pornography and sexual addictions, supporting you every step of the way on your path to healing and growth.
