CEO and Director of Creative Solutions Therapy and Coaching Collective

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of Creative Solutions Therapy and Coaching Collective in Southern California. I received my MA in clinical psychology from Columbia University in New York, and, after moving to the West Coast in 2012, my Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California.

Having witnessed it for countless clients over the past decade, I can say with certainty that there is light at the end of the tunnel. There is nothing more rewarding to me than walking alongside clients as they emerge from the grips of their past. I specialize in working with trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD, and Developmental trauma), as well as Borderline Personality Disorder and other attachment wounds; I am also passionate about treating grief, identity formation issues, gender and sexuality concerns, challenging family, and romantic relationship dynamics.

I have seen, and thus believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be an incredibly healing experience. I will meet you where you are with authenticity, warmth and compassion; I am able to offer unconditional and consistent positive regard for my clients within this relationship.

Having worked in a diverse array of settings, I bring a diverse array of approaches I am able to tailor to what each client needs. I utilize several modalities for trauma resolution, including Brainspotting, and Eye-Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Within each of these trauma modalities, I integrate mindfulness training and Internal Family Systems/Parts (including Inner Child) work. My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, culturally sensitive, and relationship-oriented.
