If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by patterns that won’t seem to loosen their grip—no matter how much insight or effort you’ve already put in. You might be living with the effects of trauma, grief, or attachment wounds, struggling in relationships, or feeling disconnected from yourself and who you want to be. I want you to know this first: you are not broken, and healing is possible.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they move out of survival mode and into lives that feel more grounded, connected, and meaningful. I have seen—again and again—that there is light at the end of the tunnel, even when it doesn’t feel that way right now.

I specialize in working with trauma, including PTSD, Complex PTSD, and developmental trauma, as well as Borderline Personality Disorder and other attachment-based wounds. I am also deeply passionate about supporting clients through grief and loss, identity exploration, gender and sexuality concerns, and challenging family or romantic relationship dynamics. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally flooded, numb, ashamed, or afraid of being “too much.” Together, we work toward helping you feel safer in your body, more compassionate toward yourself, and more secure in your relationships.

I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be profoundly healing. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and met exactly where you are—with warmth, authenticity, and consistent compassion. Within this relationship, I offer unconditional positive regard and a steady presence, so that difficult emotions, memories, and parts of you don’t have to be faced alone.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, culturally responsive, and relational. Because no two people heal in the same way, I tailor therapy to your unique nervous system, history, and goals. I utilize evidence-based trauma resolution modalities such as Brainspotting and EMDR, which help access and process trauma at a deep, neurobiological level—often beyond what talk therapy alone can reach. Within this work, I integrate mindfulness practices and Internal Family Systems/Parts work, including Inner Child healing, to help you build safety, self-trust, and compassion from the inside out.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. After moving to the West Coast in 2012, my work has spanned a wide range of clinical settings, allowing me to bring both depth and flexibility to the therapy room. As the Director of Creative Solutions Therapy & Coaching Collective, I am committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality, trauma-informed care to individuals seeking meaningful change.

Healing doesn’t mean erasing the past—it means loosening its hold on your present. If you’re ready to begin that process, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

If something here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before taking that step. Whether you’re seeking relief from long-standing pain, support through a current transition, or space to better understand yourself and your relationships, we can explore what healing might look like together. You deserve support that meets you with care, respect, and hope.
