I am a Southern California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who focuses on trauma-informed approaches; I have a deep commitment to empowering individuals impacted by various forms of trauma, including Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and other relational traumas. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, combining my expertise in trauma recovery with a dedication to holistic healing.

I hold an MSW degree from Rutgers University in the state of New Jersey, where I studied to obtain a certificate in Violence Against Women and Children. My practice is grounded in understanding the complex dynamics of trauma and its impact on mental health, relationships, and overall well-being.

Throughout my career in the mental health field, I have worked with folks from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can begin to heal and regain independence and control over their lives. I have extensive experience in working with trauma, but also enjoy my work with mood disorders, such as Bipolar Disorder. I utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), IFS-informed practices, and mindfulness techniques, to support clients in developing coping strategies, building resilience, and making informed decisions about their futures.
