I am a Southern California-based AMFT with a passion for working with teens, young adults, and families. Sixteen years ago, I made the big leap from Texas to California, where I found not only my home but also my calling. After earning my BA from the University of California, Irvine, I continued my academic journey with a master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach.

My approach is rooted in attachment theory, and I specialize in helping clients navigate the complex challenges of substance use, abuse, and relational or interpersonal trauma. Over the past decade in the field, I've developed a keen interest in helping individuals break free from patterns of codependency and heal from relational wounds.

I’m trained in Attachment-Based Family Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and DBT, allowing me to provide clients with a range of therapeutic tools that promote healing and growth. I believe therapy is not just about addressing the pain but fostering meaningful connections and developing inner resilience. I would be honored to support you through your unique journey, offering a safe space to explore, heal, and thrive.
