I am a Southern California-based Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's in Sociology and a Certificate in Peace and Conflict Education from the University of Hawaii. Before graduate school, I spent 7 years in rural Oregon as a domestic violence/sexual assault counselor, facilitating trauma-informed groups, yoga classes, and DEI workshops. I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2020 from California State University Long Beach.

I work with adults and teens, focusing on various traumas, including intimate partner violence, sexual abuse, child abuse, CPTSD, racial trauma, and LGBTQ+ trauma. I believe in the capacity of all individuals to heal and provide compassionate care that acknowledges their complex identities.

As a nonbinary, queer immigrant of color and descendant of activists, artists, and laborers, I am passionate about decolonization, holistic healing, and social justice. My therapy style is person-centered, guided by a DEI framework and trauma-informed care, incorporating Brainspotting, IFS parts work, queer therapy, feminist therapy, spirituality, somatic practices, art, and mindfulness.
